Needed routine carpets cleaned..was let down by recent cleaners, so I phoned and was able to book in the following day!…i always like to utilise small/local businesses close to home, so it worked perfectly.
I have my youngest kids and grandkids using a lot of different playtime stuff that often gets into my carpet, id shown exactly where and dispite my own efforts they managed to remove it without damaging my already ‘near black carpets’. They took more time than the usual rush jobs I’ve had- I’ve been in my home renting for nearly 5 years.
They were so professional, wearing protective shoe gloves before entering the house. Not all do this still!!…..And even did a patch up job on my brand new lounge suite (without charge) after they knew my dog had pee’d on it 🙄
I will definitely be using them again as I told them. I was more than happy and able at the time, give them tip a tip to show my appreciation for their work at such last minute and time of day!
